Children aged between 5 and 12 are half the adult rate if sharing with full paying adult. If occupying a room on their own, the full adult rate will be liable.

For 2008 all rates include a full breakfast.

Single occupancy of a twin or double room is £35.00 per person per night.
For two sharing a Twin or Double is £27.50 per person per night.
Family Room, £30.00 for each sharing adult and children priced accordingly by age.

Deposits of £25.00 per room are required at the time of booking.

Cancellations - We will fully refund deposits up to 72 hours before the occupancy date, only if we manage to re-let the room(s). Rooms cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will not attract a refund of deposit.

Check-in Time
Rooms will normally be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and rooms should be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure.
